To use Lake View Online Banking, you'll need a personal computer with Internet access. Your browser must have the following:

* 128 bit encryption
* Cookies enabled
* JavaScript

If you attempt to access MemberDirect without 128 bit encryption you will be advised that you have weak encryption and will not be able to proceed.

Lake View Online Banking is designed for 800x600 screen resolution or higher.

If your current browser does not support 128 bit encryption, you can download the appropriate update free of charge from Firefox (http://www.getfirefox.com/) or Microsoft (http://www.microsoft.com/ie/download) websites. Please note that this download could take from 10 minutes to over 2 hours to complete depending on the type of browser upgrade you require and modem speed.

Safety Deposit Boxes
Available in a range of sizes(4), our safety deposit boxes can be used to store valuables in a secure location. Prices run from $15 per year to $75 depending on the size of the box.

Night Depository
Located in Dawson Creek and Chetwynd, our night deposit service offers a secure and convenient option for business members to make deposits 24 hours per day. Deposits will be processed in dual custody the next business morning and quickly registered into your account.

Money Orders
Come into one of our branches and see how easy it is to purchase money orders from Lake View Credit Union. Money orders are guaranteed to be as good as cash and can be safely sent through the mail.

Official Cheques
For larger withdrawals consider Lake View Credit Union official cheques. These are available in unlimited amounts. Official cheques are guaranteed funds.

Expanding Our Delivery
ATMs give you access to your accounts using your MemberCard® or Global Payment® Mastercard any time you want. Not only can you use ATMs conveniently located at all our Lake View Credit Union branches, but also at any Interac ATM across Canada and at many financial institutions around the world displaying the Cirrus logo. Take advantage of lower service fees by withdrawing funds from any credit union ATM in Canada.

Telephone Banking gives you access to your accounts anywhere and anytime. All you need is a touch-tone phone and your Personal Access Code (PAC). Just dial 1-250-784-6375 or toll free 1-888-477-5656 for immediate access. Up to the minute account balances and authorized line of credit available.

MemberDirect® Online Banking gives you access to your accounts from your PC at home or in the office. All you have to do is log on to our website and click on “Online Banking” on the home page. MemberDirect® is convenient and secure (uses 128-bit encryption) and offers many of the functions that allows you to do your banking without coming to our branch.
