Two ways to get a vehicle loan with Lake View Credit Union

Dealer Financing

Visit one of our partner dealers across British Columbia or Alberta, pick your vehicle, ask the dealer if they participate in Dealer Financing and let them know you want to finance through Lake View Credit Union. They will help you complete a loan application, which is then sent to Lake View.

If approved, we’ll provide you with the loan terms, including the interest rate and payment structure.

When the contract is finalized, Lake View Credit Union transfers the funds to the dealer, completing your vehicle purchase.

Your account will be set up and manageable through online banking, and you'll deal with it as you would any other Lake View Credit Union loan.

Personal Vehicle Loans

Apply for a Personal Loan directly through Lake View Credit Union. You can apply directly online or book an appointment or call with one of our member representatives and they can help you understand what you can afford and what your payments will look like. What you’re approved for is based on factors like your credit profile, the vehicle's value, and your budget.

The approval process is fast, and being pre-approved will give you the peace of mind to shop with confidence. Once approved, your able to arrange payment with the dealership and manage the loan account through your online banking.

With flexible payment options, you can choose a weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payment schedule. You can even make accelerated payments or increase your payment amount at any time, allowing you to pay off your loan faster without additional fees.
